HENKEL + ROTH GmbH processes the personal data requested from you on the basis of Art. 6 GDPR (lawfulness of processing) (e.g. first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) as well as internal features such as an identification number for the purpose of processing your contact.

We will not pass on your data to third parties. If the stated purposes no longer apply (e.g. contact initiation, order fulfillment), your data will be deleted immediately. Unless legal regulations require the storage / blocking of this data.

In the event of an order, your data will be processed further and additional data may be collected in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR (lawfulness of processing).

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to information, correction and deletion of your personal data vis-à-vis HENKEL + ROTH GmbH. The request for deletion is equivalent to the termination of contact.
