Management succession

Dear business partners,

HENKEL + ROTH has been building innovative special machines and systems for assembly automation for almost 35 years and we are known to you as a reliable partner. We will continue to offer you innovative solutions in the future.

However, it is time for me to hand over the operational business to younger hands. The new managing directors are Ralf Waldmann, who has been with us for many years and is the operations manager for technology and sales. We have been able to recruit Christian Loos, who has gained management experience in other companies, for the commercial area. Iris Buchmann continues to be an authorized signatory in the commercial area.

I will remain with the company as the main shareholder and senior managing director to a limited extent in order to ensure the transfer of know-how from my many years of experience.

I would like to thank you very much for your loyalty and trust over the past few years. The new management team stands for the continuity of business processes and the further development of our special machines at the highest technical level.
